Dave Seager joined the network office right out of college. “My original plans were to become a high school math teacher,” Dave Seager explains. “I was attracted first by the high caliber of the people here with Northwestern Mutual. Then, as I got to understand the nature of the work, I realized I could better apply my skills and abilities here than as a teacher.” As surprising as some would find it, Dave Seager sees a clear logic in going from the teaching profession to what he is doing now. “Both involve preparing people for their futures, and helping them in the best ways available to face those uncertainties with a better likelihood of happiness and fulfilled dreams.”
